ABOUT THE DIRECTOR
Andy Rumfitt, the Director of Pivot Property, is passionate about the world of property investment. Offering an extensive background in property, Andy brings a wealth of experience to the table. With 20 years of being within in the property sector, including 6 years as an Estate Agent, before training to become a Home Information Pack Provider & Energy Advisor. Andy went on to provide thousands of Packs and Energy Certificates for homeowners before a change in legislation.
He has also worked in the Insulation Sector, a trained Asbestos Surveyor, and has been heavily involved in Renewable Energy, providing solar panels for both domestic & commercial properties. Andy is currently building his own property portfolio and is involved with ongoing developments, available for investor partners to join through our “Hassle-Free Investments” option. Therefore Andy has a vast amount of knowledge in all areas of property, and having a keen eye for opportunities enables him to identify properties that align with our client’s investment objectives.
